Mix one tablespoon of Daily Gut Nutrition (9 grams) into a glass of cold water and drink.

If you have gut issues, start with half a tablespoon of Daily Gut Nutrition and work up to a full dose (one tablespoon = 9 grams) over 7 days.
No gut issues? Use a full 9 gram dose from day 1.
Kids – we recommend starting with a half dose, and working up to a full dose over 7 days.
Prebiotics: Sunfiber® (PHGG) 2 g, Fibergum™ (Acacia gum) 2 g.
Probiotics: Lactospore® (bacillus coagulans) 2 billion.
Polyphenols: Pomegranate extract equivalent to 2.5g (40% punicalagin, punicalin, ellagic acid), Green Tea extract (40% EGCG), Wild Bluberry extract [Bilberry] (25% anthocyanidins), Blue spirulina.
Botanicals: Aloe vera (extract equivalent to 10 g), Marshmallow root (extract equivalent to 2 g).
Amino Acids: L-glutamine 1950 mg g, L-glycine 500 mg.
